All deliveries within South Africa will cost R150.00 per helmet. Quotes for express deliveries & overseas deliveries are available on request. IF YOU CHOOSE POST OFFICE WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE GOODS AFTER THE GOODS ARE DISPATCHED

We aim to dispatch orders from stock within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Orders made over a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day. If there is no stock, we will inform you when stock will next be available The majority of our deliveries are made via parcel post (counter to counter) via SA Post Office from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm and must be signed for on receipt. Deliveries can take up to 7 working days, depending on destination. As soon as your package is posted, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can view the progress of your package via www.sapo.co.za

Returns Policy

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to us within 21 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items are returned postage paid.
  • Items are received in a re-saleable condition.
  • Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
  • Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
  • We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
  • All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, bank account details, or credit card details, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
  • Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or postage damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim. You are welcome to visit or shop to return or exchange.


On certain non-stock or special order items, we reserve the right to charge a deposit of 25% of order value to the customer’s credit / debit card, which is non- returnable in the event of cancellation, based upon the customer’s implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf. We will contact you by telephone to discuss such orders with you.
